Donita was great with the NOx sensors and DPF sensor issue. The shop had a small business feel where the service was direct, personal, and handled with care. We have been using California Coast Truck Repair for the past couple of years to service and repair our 2008 Newmar Ventana diesel pusher motor home. Vinnie and Donita are awesome to work with. I’ve been using California Coast truck repair for all of the service and maintenance on my newer diesel pusher motorhome, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and always provides excellent customer service. The quality of work and attention to detail gives me complete confidence every time I bring my coach in. We were referred to Vinnie and the team at California Coast Truck Repair by friends who take their Freightliner motorhome there and couldn't say enough good things about the honest, reliable service and now we understand why! After picking up our 2018 Tiffin Phaeton on a Freightliner chassis, we brought it straight to Vinnie. He performed a comprehensive inspection and presented us with a Red, Yellow, Green prioritized repair plan, which we truly appreciated. It took all the guesswork out of knowing what needed immediate attention versus what could be addressed down the road. That kind of transparency is rare and refreshing. Once our extended warranty kicks in, we'll be back to tackle the Yellow items on the list.
